Carry Good Forward

Carry Good Forward Foundation

Better Minds Strengthen Communities.

We help expand access to psychological testing, psychotherapy, and mental health resources for people and families facing barriers to care, beginning in Central Texas.

Our Programs Partner With Us Our Impact Case for Support

About the Foundation

Good that moves forward.

Carry Good Forward Foundation was founded on a simple belief: healing is not only personal, it is generational. When one person gains access to care, a family grows steadier, a community grows stronger, and the next generation inherits something better.

We work to expand mental health access, strengthen families, and build brighter futures for children and the people who love them. Every resource we share, every program we fund, and every partnership we form is measured by one question: does it carry good forward?

About the Foundation

Our Work

Four pillars. One purpose.

Our Mental Health Access program brings these pillars to life through caregiver workshops, bilingual resource kits, and care navigation toward affordable psychological testing and therapy.

01

Mental Health Access

Education, resources, and care for people who would otherwise go without. We help close the gap between needing support and receiving it.

02

Stronger Families

Practical support for caregivers and children, so that families have what they need today to build stability for tomorrow.

03

Healthier Communities

Prevention, resilience, and opportunity, delivered through partnerships with schools, clinics, and local organizations.

04

Generations Forward

Programs designed with the long view, so what we heal in one generation is carried differently by the next.

Program spotlight

Mental Health Access

The Foundation's current program, for Central Texas families for whom cost or confusion is standing between them and care.

About the program
  1. Caregiver workshops. Free psychoeducation sessions for parents and caregivers, led by licensed clinicians, in English and Spanish.
  2. Bilingual resource kits. Mental health guides distributed through schools, pediatric clinics, and community organizations.
  3. Care navigation. One-on-one help connecting families to affordable evaluation and treatment, including, as funding allows, reduced-cost psychological evaluations for children.
