Fundraise

A birthday, a memorial, a race, a workplace challenge, a school drive: any of them can become a workshop, a stack of resource guides, or an evaluation a family could not otherwise afford.

Ideas that work

  • Birthday or milestone fundraisers. Ask friends and family to give in place of gifts.
  • Memorial and tribute gifts. Honor someone whose life was touched by mental health, in a way that helps the next family.
  • Workplace campaigns. Team challenges, matching drives, or a giving day. See Corporate Partners for sponsorship options.
  • School and community events. Fun runs, bake sales, concerts, and drives organized by students, PTAs, congregations, and clubs.

How to start

Email howdy@carrygoodforward.com with what you have in mind. The Foundation gives through Givebutter and will help you set up a fundraising page or direct gifts to the Foundation, share language and images you can use, and answer questions from your supporters.

Good to know

  • Gifts go to Carry Good Forward Foundation and support its charitable programs. Fundraisers should describe the Foundation and its work accurately; the Foundation will provide approved language.
  • Fundraisers should not imply that the Foundation provides clinical services or that gifts purchase services from any provider.
  • Let the Foundation know before using its name or logo publicly so it can support you and keep information consistent.
